Return Conditions
WARRANTY PERIOD
The Seller is responsible to the Consumer for any non-compliance of the Goods with quality requirements, including Goods with digital elements, that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent no later than two (2) years from the date of delivery (statutory warranty).
For legal entities, the warranty period is applied (or not applied) in accordance with the warranty conditions established by the manufacturers, the product-specific rules set by the manufacturers, and the product usage instructions provided by the manufacturers.
If your Product breaks down during the warranty period, the manufacturer’s authorized warranty service centers will repair it free of charge. You only need to present the Product and a valid proof of purchase.
You will receive the proof of purchase (cash register receipt, invoice, or leasing agreement) together with the Product or by e-mail once payment for the Product has been received.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply if the defect occurred through no fault of the Seller, or if the manufacturer’s authorized service center determines that the defect is not related to a manufacturing fault, including but not limited to the following cases:
-
defects caused by the Buyer’s fault;
-
improper use of the Product or use not in accordance with its intended purpose;
-
repairs performed by a service center not authorized by the manufacturer;***
-
damage caused by environmental factors (storm, rain, etc.), force majeure, or random external factors (e.g. power surges);
-
damage caused by liquids, foreign objects, or substances entering the Product;
-
failure to provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or leasing agreement);
-
defects caused by the use of non-original accessories.

Consumer Rights in Case of Defects
If the manufacturer’s authorized service center confirms that the Product failed due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, the Buyer has the right to request one of the following remedies:
-
replacement of the Product with one of suitable quality, except where the defect is minor or caused by the Buyer;
-
an appropriate reduction of the purchase price;
-
free repair of the Product within a reasonable time or reimbursement of repair costs, if repair is possible;
-
termination of the contract and a refund of the purchase price where the sale of defective goods constitutes a material breach of the contract.
Before submitting Goods containing data storage media to an authorized warranty service center, the Buyer must (where possible) back up and save all data. The Seller and authorized service centers are not responsible for loss, destruction, or damage of data during inspection or repair.
Any warranty conditions not specified herein shall be applied in accordance with the applicable legal acts of the European Union.

RETURN OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
You have the right, without providing a reason, to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within fourteen (14) calendar days. The Buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Product.
The withdrawal period shall commence:
a) on the day the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer (other than the carrier) receives the Goods;
b) if multiple Goods are ordered and delivered separately – on the day the last Product is received;
c) if Goods are delivered in several lots or parts – on the day the last lot or part is received;
d) in the case of contracts for regular delivery of Goods – on the day the first Product is received.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal***
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
-
Goods manufactured according to the Consumer’s special instructions or clearly personalized;
-
sealed Goods which were unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons;
-
Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature.
Additional 40-Day Money-Back Guarantee
After the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, but no later than forty (40) calendar days from delivery or collection, the Buyer may use the Seller’s additional money-back guarantee, provided that:
-
all Goods are returned with original labels, protective bags, and original packaging;
-
the Goods were not unpacked or used;
-
single-use packaging and seals remain intact;
-
the Goods have not lost their original commercial appearance.
The Buyer must notify the Seller of the intention to use this additional return guarantee within forty (40) calendar days from delivery.
To withdraw from the contract, the Buyer must submit a completed model withdrawal form or provide a clear written statement (by e-mail or fax).
The burden of proof that the withdrawal requirements have been met lies with the Buyer.
The Buyer bears all costs and risks related to returning the Goods within both the 14-day and 40-day periods. In all cases, Goods must be returned no later than forty (40) calendar days from delivery or collection.
Refunds shall be issued no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice and returned Goods, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Conditions for Returned Goods
Returned Goods must meet the following requirements:
-
original, undamaged packaging;
-
no damage caused by the Buyer;
-
no loss of commercial appearance;
-
intact labels, protective films, and accessories;
-
presentation of proof of purchase and warranty card (if issued);
-
hygiene, kitchen, and household Goods must be unused;
-
computers must have factory settings restored and contain no personal data;
-
Goods must be securely packed; the Buyer is responsible for safe delivery to the Seller.
During the 40-day additional return period, all above conditions apply, and Goods must remain completely unopened.
Important Notes
-
Additional delivery costs incurred by choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option will not be refunded.

The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods.
Goods Not Eligible for Return (According to CN Codes)
-
perfumery, cosmetic, and toilet preparations (CN codes 3303–3307);
-
printed books and other printed matter (CN codes 4901–4911);
-
machinery and mechanical appliances (CN codes 8401–8487);
-
electrical machinery and equipment (CN codes 8501–8548);
-
furniture, bedding, and lamps (CN codes 9401–9406).
CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If the Buyer believes that their rights have been violated, they must first submit a written claim to the Seller by e-mail. The Seller shall respond within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the claim.
